I've had alot of improvements over the years completed by Southern Industries. I had all windows, my gorgeous one of kind front door, my gutters with gutter guard and just recently residing my entire house with new product board and batten style in a beautiful cast iron color. As always, the sales team is very helpful and did explain the product and benefit and did an initial measurement and the application for financing on the spot. Then, Project Manager Bailey took over for the management of the project and the crew made my house look like a million bucks! It's a brand new house! They did such an amazing job and I haven't been able to stop staring at it all day. I'm happy and they said yes to all of my requests and made it happen. I IMMEDIATELY noticed my daily average energy costs go from an average of 60-70 kwh all the way down to 25 kwh consistently since the siding was installed. I showed them the app that tracks my usage, I just couldn't believe my eyes! The proof is in the app. My electric bill will be lower than it's ever been.I recommend this company. I have recommended them since 2018 and will continue to.

We just had an estimate done to replacing 4 windows and some siding. Andrew was great! He showed up on time and brought a window sample visually comparable to the windows we plan to replace. He was very professional, and actually found an installation defect that was missed by the homebuilder, possibly allowing rain water to enter our siding. Very knowledgeable!

This company was very professional. They were very good to communicate and confirm with us through the process. Our whole house was done in a day. There was a misunderstanding and a down spout got put in the wrong spot. But they were back with-in a week to fix it at no cost to us. Everything was picked up before they left. We have small children so it was important to us no nails or sheet metal pieces were accidentally left. Everything had already been taken care of. They even arranged a payment plan we could afford. I would highly recommend them. They take care of their customers!
